Faith Formation Registration 2026-2027

        NOTE: Do you have a child that will be preparing to receive a sacrament?

• If your child is older than Grade 2 and needs the sacraments of First Holy Communion and Reconciliation, please be sure he/she is signed up for the grade level he/she will be entering in the fall of 2026 along with First Communion” on the registration form. There is an additional fee for children receiving sacraments.  The Faith Formation Director will contact you to talk about options that suit your child.  
  
  

• If this is your child’s first year of Confirmation preparation, they should register for Confirmation Year 1.  If they are registering for Year 2, they will receive the sacrament in the spring.

• Note: Students receiving the Sacraments of Holy Eucharist or Confirmation in the spring must present a newly issued Baptismal certificate/record in order to receive the sacrament.  Instructions are provided in the parent handbook.

REGISTRATION: Please register with one form per family.

                             (This form needs to be filled out in its entirety in one sitting. Unfortunately, there is no saving.)

Communication!

In order to receive communication from the various Faith Formation programs, you need to 1) Have a Flocknote account and 2) have joined the appropriate group(s) within your account (i.e.. Family Formation or Confirmation Year 1 or Confirmation Year 2). All communications will be sent via Flocknote.

• If you already have a Flocknote account, please log in and ensure you are connected/joined to the Faith Formation group(s) of your choice.
• If you do not have a Flocknote account, please create one and join/get connected with the correct group(s) of your choice.
