Updates
May 7, 2026 -- For the next 2-3 weeks, please enter Spring Creek Road from the north off Wall Street Road.
September 2025----The City of Northfield will soon begin construction of a portion of the Mill Towns Bike and Recreation Trail alongside Spring Creek Road. Entry and exit to Calvary Cemetery will be affected during this construction. Access to the cemetery will be maintained continually during construction although one or two driveways may be closed temporarily. We will inform the City of burials that will take place in order to have necessary access with minimal disruption. Occasional road closures may occur and the City will inform us prior to road closures and there will be a link on the Church website that will have the most up to date information that we receive.
Please use caution when visiting the cemetery especially when turning into the driveways and leaving the cemetery property. If you have relatives or friends that may come to the cemetery occasionally to visit advise them to check the parish website first for construction updates.

To honor and memorialize a loved one is to start a new journey. For those grieving, it’s how healing can begin. We come to remember, to mourn, to give thanks for the life of our beloved shared with us, to pray, and to strengthen our belief in hte hope that one day we will be united with our beloved in Eternal Life.
The Catholic Church’s involvement in cemetery ministry is a long-standing part of its history. The church’s caring for her deceased members is a corporal work of mercy and a formal ministerial engagement of the Catholic Church throughout the United States.
